Lilleth F. Bailey, Esq.

Lilleth F. Bailey received her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is an associate attorney at The Estate Plan, where she handles estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration cases. Before she worked as a Senior Judicial Staff Attorney at the 17th Circuit where she advised probate judges, researched probate and guardianship issues, and drafted orders and final judgments for contested guardianships, estates, and trust cases.

Lilleth is a past Fellow for the Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of the Florida Bar and is the Co- Vice Chair of the Law school Programming Committee.

Lilleth is passionate about estate planning, probate and guardianship law and is actively involved in projects that educate her community about the importance of estate planning. Lilleth was selected to be a member of Class VI the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and graduates from the institute in 2024.

In her free time, Lilleth loves taking walks in her favorite parks, watching movies, hanging with her family and friends, and going to musical theater shows. Lilleth is very committed to serving and participating in events at her church. Lilleth is also a cat mom to her cat Misty.
