Yaa Reddick, born in Ghana and raised in Miami. A graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Philosophy. Yaa brings a thoughtful, analytical mindset to her role, paired with a genuine passion for the legal profession.

Before joining The Estate Plan, Yaa enjoyed a successful career in sales and coordination, where she earned recognition as a Top 40 Awarded Coordinator. Her background in client relations and problem-solving has honed her exceptional communication skills, enabling her to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions with care and precision.

As Intake Specialist, Yaa is dedicated to ensuring that each client’s experience is smooth, informative, and compassionate from their very first interaction with the firm. Her long-term ambition to pursue a law degree fuels her commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of estate planning with clarity and confidence.

Beyond her professional life, Yaa is an avid learner who enjoys spending time with her family and embracing outdoor activities. She is also passionate about animal welfare and child advocacy, regularly seeking ways to contribute to these causes that are close to her heart.
